Really good service, everyone I dealt with went above and beyond.

Would recomened, used for a long time as have good prices and hold a good range of stock. been very honest an helpful with everything, from returns/warrentys on products and getting in stock.

Absolutely brilliant service, very rare these days imo. Excellent pricing and delivery, and they even exchanged my 2 of my t shirts and had it back to me in just a few days. Highly recommended!!

We bought 2 kayaks from Shore for a good price. Phoned with a query before purchasing and got some good advice. Delivered on time and when expected. There was a small issue with minor damage in transit but this was dealt with quickly by Chris at Shore. Really good service and highly recommended.

Great Company. I ordered a Patagonia jumper (which was about £20 cheaper than anywhere else here!). Arrived quickly and it looks great.

Don't use. I will be making sure my friends and work colleagues do not use this company and I have a lot of work colleagues. I ordered a top which was too big I sent it back with free delivery and asked for a medium which are in stock on the website. They have the refunded me minus the delivery charge as it was an only exchanges are free delivery? Yes I asked for an exchange. Disgrace of a company do not use.

Perfect service. Small problem with delivery of kayak to the Highlands of Scotland quickly overcome after getting in touch with Chris & Ollie. It’s how a company responds to problems that tells you who they are. These guys couldn’t have been better, would recommend 100% & will certainly use again.

Recently purchased a jacket from Shore and received excellent service. Had to exchange for a smaller size which was easy and painless whilst Shore customer service kept me informed of the progress which was extremely speedy - thanks Shore!!

I have bought from Shore previously, and their customer care and speed of their responses and delivery is second to none.
I ordered at 3pm in the afternoon and my order was delivered before 12 noon the following day, despite me living at the other end of the country. They are personable and responsive and I would highly recommend buying from them.

Fantastic service. I changed the delivery address for my Kayak at the last moment so it could arrive with us on our holidays and Shore were amazing at making sure the couriers were updated. New kayak is amazing and the family all love it.

I had an issue with the order I placed as I made an error. Customer services replied immediately and helped me . Received parcel next day with all four sandals which are lovely . I’m so pleased
